Let's get started, by getting you into the MLS system

First, you will need to fill out a few State Real Estate Board forms and contracts. You will need to fill them in, and get them back to us either by scanning, emailing, or faxing. Once we have received them we'll be in touch, or call us we'll walk you through.

Broker Entry Only Contract Form. This authorizes us to place you property in the CT MLS systems and that you abide by MLS rules.

• Data Input Form. We need this information to enter an accurate description / offering of your property based on MLS Rules.
• Status Change. This is for changing the price, or status of your listing.
• Fairfield County MLS Input Forms are available in the forms to right.
• If you abut Fairfield County, you have the option to be in the Fairfield MLS. It adds more exposure and possible buyers. Call us for more details.
